About The Director

Pam Ganz, a native of San Jose, California, became involved in Jewish Education as a madricha, fourth grade Religious and Hebrew School teacher, and Youth Director. While earning a B.A. in Elementary Education from California State University, Long Beach, Pam taught in various religious schools throughout the South Bay.

Over the past five years, Pam has held titles including Madrichim Coordinator, Mitkadem Coordinator, USY Advisor, and Religious School Administrative Assistant. Pam has also taught kindergarten, second and seventh grade, and was responsible for creating a new developmental-kindergarten program.

At the Bureau of Jewish Education, Pam is Coordinator of Youth Education Services. In that role, she will coordinate SuLam: The Center for Jewish Service Learning (www.sulamcenter.org), a resource for service learning needs and the Alumni Resource Coordinator for the March of the Living. Pam also teaches 6th grade Religious School in Orange County.
